OPITO approved Oil and Gas industry Offshore Emergency Response Team Member (OERTM) Training

The ‘need to knows’:
- This course is required by a duty holder to ensure adequate emergency response, and may increase employability
- All-in price - £1650. Not subject to VAT
- The course is completed in 32 hours over 5 days, combining 25% theory and 75% practical
- There are no formal prerequisites, but delegates will be required to complete a medical questionnaire and confirm their fitness to participate in the training prior to the start of the course, as training and assessment activities may include physically demanding and potentially stressful elements
- Fire kit/boots provided
- This certificate is valid for two years from date of issue. This certificate should be refreshed with the two-day OERTM Further Training
